Argosy University
In September 2001, three schools: The American School of Professional Psychology, The University of Sarasota, and the Medical Institute of Minnesota, were combined to form Argosy University, an academic institution that specialises in providing academic programs with emphasis on the fields of education, business, health sciences and psychology. Within a decade of its inception, Argosy University has expanded and now has 19 campuses across the United States. In keeping with the advances of modern technology and the demands of its students, Argosy University also offers high quality online courses.
Argosy University Online offers a comprehensive range of online degree programs through either the Phoenix or Chicago campuses. Four undergraduate degrees, 10 masters degrees, and seven doctorate degrees in education, business, health sciences and psychology can be earned by studying online.
Tuition fees are charged per credit hour and ranges from about $500.00 per credit hour for undergraduate courses to just above $800.00 per credit hour for doctorate studies. Tuition does not include any further other fees and materials. Financial assistance in the form of Federal Programs (Pell Grant, Stafford Loans and Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students), Veterans Benefits and other special purpose financial assistance programs are available to students who meet eligibility requirements.
